About Us
Our
Story

I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors. As a child, I was fascinated by dirt and heavy equipment, often spending hours digging with my toy tractors and excavators. As I got older, I knew I wanted to turn that love for being outside and working with the earth into a lifelong career.
At 9 years old, I began working for a local farmer to trade cattle for me and my sisters to show at the local fairs. At the age of 12, I was now in partnership with man where we managed 200 head of cattle and 500 acres of farmland. Within four years, I was in partnership with two others and now managing over 300 head of cattle and 500 acres of farmland; everything was split into thirds between myself and my business partners.
On my own farm land, I raised alfalfa, corn, soy beans, rye wheat, and straw. In-between the ages of 12 and 18, I purchased my own equipment and began doing side jobs in excavation such as clearing, driveways, ponds, and roads. Unfortunately, my farming journey came to an end in 2006 when the crops dried and insurance didn’t cover the cost.
Shortly after, I began working for a large excavation company, where I learned the development of commercial projects such as interstates, underground utilities and the development of land for schools, parking lots, Air Force bases and airport.
After four years of commuting five hours a day, I decided it was time to start working closer to home and settle down and do residential and farming projects. I began working at farm supply store, where I had the opportunity to share my knowledge of excavation while continuing to work toward my goal of owning my own business. During one of my farming projects, the good Lord led me to my wife in the middle of a cattle field. In 2014, we married we began our life in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. We have been abundantly blessed over the years and wouldn’t be where we are today without the guidance of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We specialize in a wide range of excavation projects including many new luxury subdivisions, boulder and retaining walls, building ponds, land clearing and mulching, gravel roads, new and preexisting driveways, and constructing barn and feed pads.
As a husband, father to three beautiful girls, and business owner, I take great pride in my work and in ensuring my customers’ satisfaction. I strive to be dependable, honest, and hardworking in everything I do. I always keep your best interests in mind and treat every customer with respect and gratitude.
I’d love to work with you and help make some of your dreams a reality.
